Weekly Yoga Session. Every Thursday from 11:30am-12:30pm, Dr. Patty Bode of the Department of Arts Administration, Education and Policy will offer a yoga session for all faculty and staff AAEP & Dance in Sullivant 247. All levels of practice from the most novice to expert are welcome, and can benefit from this yoga session! Patty volunteers her time and her expertise from 25 years of practice and study of yoga, but is not a certified yoga instructor, so it is important to view this as an informal "shared yoga session," not a "class." Patty Bode, nor OSU can be responsible for any injury. These yoga sessions are rejuvenating and stress-releasing, in a very supportive, calming atmosphere. No registration necessary. Join on any Thursday that you can make it - whether once-a-semester, or every-week-as-a-"regular." Wear comfortable clothing in which you can stretch. Bring your own yoga mat.
