As part of the OSU program, most students have received a customized plan to meet specific challenges and needs, this class is designed to continue that progress, and offers additional tools for improved performance. Students can also expect to learn the difference between fast and slow twitch muscles and how they factor into dance, alignment, and conditioning. View flyer. Class size is limited.
