Call Center Workers
Make phone calls to companies and correctly identify the appropriate manager to take an on-line survey at the OSU Center for Human Resource Research (CHRR - Suite 100, 921 Chatham Lane, Columbus, under the supervision of Senior Survey Specialist Margaret Lowden. You will get special training with the software used to facilitate the whole process including, following the process flow for making phone calls, following the verbal script for talking with the different level of employees at a firm, sending the electronic mails, administering the survey over the phone and logging the results of each call. This is a pilot study and we are looking for a total of four volunteers who will be paid $10/hour. The start date is ASAP. The total time commitment for each person will not exceed two 20 hour weeks. We are interested in volunteers who are professional, and speak English fluently. its great what you students are doing by forming a dance department in your school by this you help alot of students with drug addiction who stay clean just by dancing.
