Call for :03 Minute Portions Video Editors
Are you interested in having your video work shown during Gallery Hop? The department is seeking video editors to create :03 Minute Portions videos to promote Dance Downtown. The commitment involves compiling a two minute edited segment of one of the five pieces in Dance Downtown. Starting mid-Feb video editors will have the chance to capture their own footage in a rehearsal and interview with the choreographer and the dancers. The edited sequences need to be completed by the end of Winter Quarter. The videos will be shown in schools, at music venues, at the April Gallery Hop and will be posted on our website. They will have lots of visibility! Some video editing experience is required as video editors mostly will be working independently with some consultation. Video Editors can receive one independent study credit during the Winter Quarter for their involvement in :03 Minute Portions. Please contact Robin Anderson if you are interested at email@example.com . It would be great to hear of your interest in being involved before the holidays! You can check out the videos from last month's Gallery Hop on the blog.
